Francesca aka Fuinur-necrophily is a wonderful cosplayer and friend of mine, I
have always really loved her photos and appreciated her vision! She's incredible
at being Lara and always wanted to interview her so the world can see her the
way we do.

1- Tell us about yourself.
"My name is Francesca, but everybody call me Fuinur. I'm Italian and i was
born in Rome the 23 october 1992! In addition to cosplay my other passion are
draw and making clothes and jewerly! I also love photography and Land Rovers!" |

2- Why do you cosplay Lara, what does it mean to you?
"Lara is my hero since i was a child, i've always admired her for her
intelligence, strength and courage. When i cosplay Lara i can feel a little like
her, and i love do my photoshoot in some abandoned places, it's so fun! " |

3- How did you first hear about lara?
"In the far 1997, when a friend of my father has give to me Tomb Raider
II." |

4- How long have you been a lara fan?
"From 1997, so since
when i was 5!" |
 |
5- When did you get into cosplay?
"I've start to do cosplay in 2007, and in 2008 i've started to go to cosplay
conventions with a my friend! In 2011 i have start to do Lara Croft cosplay." |

6- How do you assemble your outfits?
"I always start with some reference photos, and i'm going to play the
various games again for see the costume in every ways! Then i start to create, i
always start with the holsters! Sometime i get help from my parents, especially
for the items like bow and quiver!" |

7- Favourite TR outfit:
"I love all the wetsuit, and the Tomb Raider Underworld jungle shorts. I also
love the Tibet Outfit." |

8- Favourite TR game:
"Tomb Raider II!" |
 |
9- What do you think of the movies?
"I like the movies, when it was released i'm feeling really excited! Angelina
is a good Lara, and the story are great." |

10- What is your favourite boss fight/puzzle in your favourite game?
""Marco Bartoli when
become a Dragon! I love take the dagger, every time is like the first!

11- How do you feel about the new origins story?
"A part of me like
it and the other part dislike it. I've enjoyed the new game, is really
beautiful! But i'm still a classic Lara fan, and the old puzzles are
unbeatable!" |

12- What is the one item you would add to the croft outfit?
"A knife, for me it will be very usefull!" |

13- Who takes your photos, and what kind of equipment do you use?
"Most of my photos are do
by my parents or by friends with my Nikon D3100. The others from some
photographers that i've known at conventions" |

14- What are your favorite qualities that Lara upholds?
"Intelligence, strength , courage." |
 |
15- What is your dream Lara croft costume?
"I really want to do my cosplay
pics in the real places of the game! And i really want to do a photo shoot in
the Colosseum and in Rome soon! " |

16- Do you have any advice for first time cosplayers?
"Do it for fun! Cosplay is a big passion, that can make you know new friends
and discover a new world! And never care about critiques!" |
