My name is Melania, I'm 21 and I'm italian. I'm a
freelance photographer and digital artist.
My passion for cosplay was born just two years ago, when, for the first time, I
attended to a cosplayers' meeting. It was love at first sight, and it became one
of my greatest passions.
I always loved videogames, since I was really young. Tomb Raider was one of the
first games I've discovered and played on my Play Station: I was just 6 when I
got my copy of Tomb Raider I.
It's always a huge honor for me to dress the part of Lara. I put my heart and
soul on this cosplay, and I'm still working hard to improve it, almost every
day.
These photos are from the very first take of the cosplay, in July 2013.
It was not completed yet but still, I'm very proud of the outcome of this "beta
version".
With this cosplay I won two prizes: One for best interpretation and one for best
female cosplay, in two different contests.
