My name is Katy, I'm 21 years old, I
am relatively new to cosplay and started in 2012. The costume itself was store
bought, but I ripped and dirtied it myself. All the props however, such as the
bow and the axe are handmade.
I first decided to cosplay Lara after discovering that for the new Tomb Raider
game, they changed her background and made her study at UCL instead of Cambridge
University. At the time as a 3rd year Archaeology student of UCL myself, I got
lots of encouragement by my friends to cosplay as her. I tried it once and never
